SMASHA – Rock It

“I lived in the UK during my middle school years + one year in high school. I went to boarding school over there and had family in south london so I was there a lot. I’ve lived in D.C. for awhile now but the U.K. was a big part of my life growing up. You can say this track is a homage to a place that I love." - SMASHA

Bruckner – Take You To The Bronx

“The idea for Bruckner came from my love of club music and the Bronx. Growing up, I never really appreciated the Bronx, and all it had to offer musically and historically. Being the home of hip-hop, I really wanted to show people that Bronx artists are a lot more diverse than hip-hop. And while a lot of us are inspired by it, it’s not the only type of music that interests us. Because of my appreciation for club music (Jersey Club specifically), I wanted to show respect to the genre and all of the artists involved, while also showing what the Bronx could offer; bringing my taste to the mix. ” – Bruckner

Uniiqu3 – Tic Tac ft. Lambo

Via NESTHQ: “Tic Tac” sees UNiiQU3 getting more in touch with her vocal work — “My booty so fresh, they call me Tic Tac” — as she solidifies her place as a frontrunner in club music. The combination of her and Lambo’s instrumental styles yields driving, dark and playful dancefloor results.”
